On October 9-11th our support for the Cup Manager and Superinvite-products will have deviation in our opening hours due to staff training. The goal of the training is to become even better so that we can provide better support and service in the future to you.

Phone support

The regular phone support will have the following opening hours (CEST/UTC+2). Please expect some longer waiting times than normal:
October 9th: Open 09:00-12:00
October 10th: Closed
October 11th: Open 13:00-16:00

For tournaments that are executed the upcoming weekend, any technical disturbances or any other urgent matter our duty/emergency support is of course still available 24/7. To reach the duty support line, please call our ordinary support number (Norway +47 33 22 12 90, Sweden and rest of the world: +46 46 525 80) and follow the instructions to be connected.

E-mail and chat support

We will answer our emails as much as possible in between our training sessions, however you can expect longer response times. We will prioritize the most time critical issues. Some e-mails might be replied first on Monday October 14th.

If your issue is urgent, please refrain from e-mailing us, instead please call our duty support phone, see instructions above.

Is there a chance that you would need our help in this period?

Please contact us during this week in order to ensure you will receive the support and assistance that you and your tournament need.
